Emma's 3rd Birthday

For Emma's 3rd birthday we had a ladybug party. You might think that with Emma's Halloween costume, she has a thing for ladybugs. Rather, she has an enthusiasm for life, and when I suggested ladybugs as a theme because I thought it would be cute, she responded with a resounding "Yeah!" We invited over several girls from church for our adventures.

It was a great party, and we all had a lot of fun, even Maddie! Though after it was over I spent the evening with my feet up. :)

What a fun party!! Cami is totally into ladybugs lately too. I think that will be a party remembered for quite awhile - way to go, Jess!

cute cute! we're doing a little party too. it's our first party for ava. it's dumbo theme and we plan on having similar games and stuff. i wish we lived near each other so we could party together :) sounds like we're both pretty wild.

Ah, you are a good mom. I get stressed out when I think about birthday parties, so I'm glad you put your feet up.

Happy birthday Emma!!! We love you!

I love her enthusiasm for life. Just another reason she is so delightful. Looks like a fun party.

So cute!! It looks like it was a great party. I love when kids are still malleable and willing to go along with our suggestions - Kaia has definitely outgrown that stage. :) And I know what you mean about spending the evening with your feet up - throwing birthday parties are fun but exhausting.
