Emma is an independent child, and though she likes plenty of time with Mom, she spends a large portion of her time at home puttering around her room with her toys. She flits from her table to her books and back again. Though I relish the opportunity to do some reading while she's busy, I love to watch her amuse herself. It is quite amusing to me. :)
PS. I have no idea how her pool float got there.

I love how they just putter around, going from one thing to another and talking to themselves. It cracks me up!
Life gets a bit easier when they entertain themselves!!! (Until they start climbing things though!)
I love the fall clothes you bought her, especially those precious shoes. The last two days were the first of fall for us too. It has been in the mid 90's and humid until the other day! Yeah for fall!
